Population -- Aproximately 5 million Humaniti
Area -- Approximately 700,000 square kilometers (almost three times the land area of Great Britain), and thus about 7 persons per square kilometer -- about half the population density of medieval Britain.
Technology -- Something like Renaissance Europe without gunpowder. Mild steel (iron) is available in some quantity (common for weapons and armor), good smiths can create better steels (including 'Merrick Steel' -- aka damascus steel). Wind, water, and animal power are used extensively. Agriculture is quite sophisticated and highly adapted to the local micro-climates. For comparison the Great Plain ('Central Domains') that forms the heart of the Kingdom is immensely productive and is itself almost the same land area as Great Britain.
